I know all of you are consumed with
Pinterest! I know I am!!! But have you taken the time to do any of the projects or cook anything spectacular? If you haven't, you totally should. Some of them really aren't that hard! And after, you feel like you've really accomplished something big! :) You should all go check out this cute little blog by my friend -
Because I saw it on Pinterest.
So I made these last year, but never posted them. I'm so thankful for family and friends that send goodies from the states, because that's the only way we were able to pull these off!
Here's pictures of our fun craft. :)
| Oreos (choc & vanilla, just in case), icing, candy corn, Whoppers, & Reese's |
| The only icing I had was pink. :) |
| Sprinkles - I used these for the feet, bc I didn't have yellow icing |
| Must have Whoppers for the Turkey head! |
| Getting the Oreos & candy corn ready |
| Candy Corn :) |
| My little helper busy putting the candy corns into the icing. |
| We definitely needed to add icing on top bc after the first try without it, we broke the oreo! |
| Might look a little messy but we needed the extra icing. |
| Here's the icing (glue) |
| The body - we cut it to make it flat. |
| and then we added the glue |
| Sprinkles for the feet. |
| A little messy, but still cute. You could make this so much better with better icing. :) |
| A little tip - bite off the ends of the candy corns so they fit better into the icing on top of the oreos. |
| YAY! So cute! |
| (One on the left has the tips bit off and right one doesn't.) |
| My little helper had so much fun making these! |
| And eating them!!! |
Happy Thanksgiving y'all!
